According to “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and its implementing regulations, “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection” and its implementing regulations, and “Administrative regulations on registration of overseas production enterprises for imported food” (Decree No. 145 of AQSIQ), the AQSIQ updates the “Implementation catalogue of registration of overseas production enterprises for imported food” hereby, the products of the overseas production enterprises for imported food under “Implementation catalogue of registration of overseas production enterprises for imported food” can be imported only after registration, among which the registration of overseas production enterprises for bird’s nest will be implemented on January 1, 2016.
